Emergencies

This website and WhatsApp are not a way to reach us in an emergency. If you have urgent symptoms, such as being unable to pass urine, stone pain with fever, sudden testicular pain, or blood in the urine with clots, go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Appointment requests

• Sending an appointment request through the website or WhatsApp does not confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed when the clinic confirms it with you.
• The day and time you choose are your preference, and the final appointment depends on availability.
• Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment, so we can offer it to another patient.
• Consultation and procedure fees, and acceptance of health insurance, follow the clinic's policy. You can ask about them before your appointment.

Accurate information

You agree that the information you send us is accurate. If you book for someone else, you must do so with their knowledge and consent, or as their legal guardian if they are a child.

Contacting you

By giving us your phone number, you agree that the clinic may contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your request or appointment. Please don't send photos or sensitive medical details over WhatsApp.

Reviews and external links

The website links to other services, such as Google reviews, Google Maps and WhatsApp. These services are independent of us, and we are not responsible for their content or policies. Google reviews are written by independent reviewers and are not edited by the clinic.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, articles, images, the logo and the design, is owned by the clinic or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may share links to pages on this website, but you may not copy, republish or use the content commercially without the clinic's prior written permission.

Acceptable use
