Questions about visiting
What should I bring to my first visit?
ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of your current medicines, and any previous tests or scans. We may ask for a urine sample, so don't fully empty your bladder just before the appointment.
Do you accept health insurance?
The clinic works with a number of insurance companies. Call or WhatsApp us before your appointment and we'll check whether your insurance is covered and whether it needs pre-approval.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. You can also ask for part of the consultation to be private with the doctor.
How do I cancel or change my appointment?
Call the clinic or send a WhatsApp message in good time, so we can offer the slot to another patient.
